I DON’T TEACH YOU TO DELIVER A POWERFUL STORY.
I TEACH YOU TO OWN IT.
About Talli
I turn talented professionals into powerful communicators.
Over the past decade, I’ve transformed how 1,500+ leaders across 12 countries show up to make an impact and get buy-in.
From boardrooms to investor pitches, I work with executives, teams and founders to build story-driven messages that win attention and move audiences. I’ve trained teams at leading tech, pharma, and finance companies including Microsoft, Monday.com, Align Technology, Salt Security, and York University’s YSpace.
As an executive trainer, pitch coach and speaker, I strip away your hesitation, muddled thinking and performance anxiety so you can walk into the room and own it. I work relentlessly to amplify the voice you already have.
I believe in the leaders I train, often before they do.
My career began in business development, where I pitched investors, entertainment executives, and business school deans across continents. It’s where I learned firsthand that my message only lands when I’m genuinely connected to it. Today, I teach leaders around the world that very same lesson.
Over the last two decades, I can’t tell you how many brilliant people I saw lose the room.
Technical experts who buried their best thinking in slides nobody read. Leaders who knew exactly what they wanted to say and froze the second it mattered. Founders with genuinely game-changing ideas who watched in disbelief as investors scrolled on their phones during their pitch.
That gap — between who you mean to be and how you are perceived — is the reason I do this work. I’m drawn to it.
Whether I’m coaching executives for high-stakes board presentations or preparing founders for investor pitches, I have a direct, no-BS approach that gets people heard, remembered, and respected.

he Problems Talli Solves
If any of these hit close to home, you're in the right place.
01
Your team's presentations are technically solid yet stakeholders aren't convinced.
02
The data is all there but the story is missing.
03
Meetings are happening all the time but end with no clear next steps.
04
You have talented people who go quiet when the stakes are highest.
05
I’m presenting to top leadership and not getting buy-in.
06
I sound uncertain when I need to sound like a leader.
07
My team presents poorly and it’s costing us credibility.
08
My message isn’t landing — I lose the room.
What I Believe
After years of watching people find their voice
01
Messaging is about strategy, not information.
It’s not about what you want to say — it’s about what you want your audience to remember. That takes brainwork. What’s the goal? What’s the thread that ties it all together? What’s the one thing you want the audience to remember?
02
We can actually expand your range of expression.
Yes, this is possible — even for the most buttoned-up speakers. I use traditional and unconventional methods to help your team stretch, explore, and step outside the box. The result: confident speakers who sound like passionate people — not slide narrators.
03
Public speakers are made, not born
This isn’t a lunch-and-learn. We spend meaningful weeks together looking at how your team shows up when they speak: in the hall, in the meeting room and on stage. Because confident communicators aren’t born. They’re made.
